Hi
Have just been on the phone to 3 for about 40 minutes & still don't feel comfortable.
I have an i-phone which I need to unlock for the trip (15th of Feb), I have got the phone unlocked via 3, however I need to put an active non 3 sim in the phone & activate a process prior to being able to use a non 3 sim.
Everyone I know is on 3 strangely enough - so can you tell me, is this something the mobile phone techs in Bali can handle. Apparently they need to log on to my itunes account & restore the phone & install the new carriers info?????? Is this correct & if so, do I need to any more from here before I leave.
Confused big time!!
Would love any advice you can offer.
