If you pay, for instance in AUD, at todays rate (and incidentally the VOA people make up their own rates as they go) you would need to pay approx AUD27.77.
If you are prepared to pay over the odds at $30 (and even this may not be enough) then the process may be speedier.
If you pay in IDR, the same applies.
You will work out the fair rate, they will ask for more, you will need to find it.....it takes longer than USD.
It may not matter if you as an individual take 30 seconds longer than a USD payer, but if 200 people do it, it is a significant hold up.
In other than USD, you will pay more than the USD25 receipt that you will receive......this is the cashiers "margin" when he or she changes the money with the money changer.
