calls and texts to and from Bali help

Could someone please tell me exactly what numbers I need to use to make calls AND texts from Bali (mobile phone) to Aus and also the other way also, Home to Bali mobile.

I get really confused on this, so if someone has a simple way to explain it, that would be so good.

We used a bali XL sim card last time and I managed to ring home but my partner couldn't ring me. I didn't text last time but will need to know how to text this time.
