DOH! That's the number you dial beforehand when using a Mentari sim.
I couldn't get the XL sim to work. Well I could send text's but not receive them. I ended up giving the XL away and will only use the Mentari card now.
There is a number you dial before also, with the XL card, but I forget what it is. Sorry.
