I use Mentari for international calls and XL for local.
The code for mentari is 01016. However we had a death in the family this week and I have had to make a lot of calls and it took ages, up to 10 attempts on each call to get through. Hopefully this is just a temporary problem caused by excessive traffic due to a current TV ad campaign for their cheap international calls.
