I had a problem when they charged me a fuel surcharge on a bali flight,after the surcharge had been dropped, and it took a long time to sort out with them.
They offered me a 3 month credit which i declined as I has already booked about 6 or 7 other flights with them over the coming months,after a couple of months of nothing resolved I decided on a sudden trip and then used up my "credit" that i had lying there but had this trip not came up there was no way I was going to accept anything other than a refund for a billing mistake that was not of my making.
So yes i believe you will eventually get a refund from them,especially if you still have the email from them saying it hadnt gone through,but how long it will take is anyones guess.
