Unfortunately for me I didn't receive an email from them.
Their site just showed an error message after the payment procedure telling me my payment was unsuccessful.
More unfortunately for me I didn't think to copy this page or message.
The guy who answered my questions over the phone did say that the credit they were offering me could be used by anyone besides me when I mentioned that I had no more opportunities to fly due to a lack of holiday entitlement.
I have already planned 7 weeks holidays between now and the end of August next year. My employer is reasonable with the time off but I am already 3 weeks over my annual entitlement so can't ask for more time off especially as I went over entitlement this year as well.
So I may have a credit of $267 that I might be able to use for a friend or relative or member here ;)
