Help with Bank ATM

I would like to withdraw cash at the ATM but am unsure how to do it. Can anyone tell me other than the obvious - put the card in and press which account - how does it work. Also is there a limit to the amount you can withdraw in a day.

Would like a total of $1000 AUD so what is the best way to do this.
