be aware that the sequence is different from Australian machines, and can cause grief.
In the Indonesian system the cash comes out FIRST.
Don't grab the cash and dash off to Hot Summer Nights or Bamboo Blonde!!
Your card is still in the machine, and the machine is activated with your pin!
Run through it slowly, and ensure that when you leave the booth you have cash and card and print out for future records.
