Have been to Bali a few times and love nasi campur. No two places do it the same, but the dish at the Bamboo Beach restaurant in Melasti street, next to Norm's, was the best I have ever tasted. They also let me sample the new Bali Hai "Draft" and being a devoted Bintang lover I have to say this stuff is just as good, if not better than the old Binnies. The other Bali Hai is still, just average.
