is basically mixed rice. So will be plain steamed rice... with whatever the restaurant in question serves it with.
In Lombok we serve it with tofu, tempe, chicken, egg, veggies, crackers etc depending on if you order the veggie or special option.
It is nothing like bubble and squeak which is left overs all fried up together. These are not left overs and they are not all cooked together.
