both..zoo will be a bit cheaper. I guess best way to describe is less 'safari' type animals at zoo maybe. There was a great animal show at lunchtime in the restaurant (you wouldn't have to eat there to go but it is very reasonable) where you could hold a heap of different animals including lion and tiger cubs.
Safari Park has the mentioned animals and elephant, camel, pony rides. Elephant feeding and when we were there in March the cutest 2mth old baby elephant. Also a water park and some rides.
We've enjoyed both!
