Jetstar Refund

Has anyone had any success in receiving a refund from Jetstar for Jetsaver tickets after producing a medical certificate?

I know it states in the terms and conditions that they are non-refundable but I have heard that they may refund for medical reasons substantiated with a doctor's certificate.
