I think it is only the dearer Jetflex ones that are transferable?
My advice is to keep a record of every call, every name, and everything you discuss.
I did this, and when they said "No, we didn't say that", I happily referred them back to the date, time & person.
WELL, what do you know ! They DID say that...etc. etc.
I'm just about to start searching for the email addy to send my complaint to.
