We booked cheap tickets last year for son & d-in-law to come with us in May, but then found out she's pregnant, due in July. After speaking to a very helpful Jet* person on the phone we faxed off a doc's certificate and they refunded the whole amount (inc credit card fees) for the two of them on compassionate grounds.
Couldn't be happier with Jet* :)
Ring them up, can't hurt, you might be pleasantly surprised.
