and at over $1000 each - last night when they nearly gave up and were going to just refund - I didn't have another $4000 to rebook with anyone else while I waited for the Jetstar refund to come thru.
I did carefully write everything down as I spoke to people including their names, time of call etc. etc.
After everything was settled last night via Stacey ( helpful) in admin for us to go via Perth, we received ANOTHER 3 emails telling us we had a schedule change and to confirm the new dates and times of ... wait for it....the 28th April.
When I checked on the internet the full price of our fares ( if I were paying) was now over $1500 each. They have lost a lot of money just stuffing us around, and what about all the other passengers that were booked on the same flight, plus the poor souls waiting in Denpasar to come back home.
As Kerrie has said, some are forced to camp at Darwin the middle of the night for 5 hours. Really! You would think at least we would be issued with orange Jetstar tents, and some kindling to start our camp fires.
We must be booked twice in the system or something.
It will give me much pleasesure to write all this out neatly in sequential order and pass it on when I get back - actually - I'm going to get to it this afternoon.
Who / What / Where do I send to Jetstar GM ???
At least I'm still going to Bali.
