The last few weeks here have been hectic. We are getting people walking into our place and begging for beds.
Other hotels are phoning us to see if we can help them with the in rush of tourists.
A friend phoned 20 minutes ago. He has a group of 8 people desperate for rooms. We just can not help them.
The beachside restaurant near my place has been packed every night for the last month.
Our Christmas day in Sanur was celebrated with a group of 60 friends. Plenty of beer, wine and spirits.
Walking along a street in Legian on Boxing Day probably does not give a real indication of the tourist numbers in Bali.
DennisC is muttering about lack of alcohol. We do not have a problem with supplies!
