Flights are around 400,000-500,000 rups one way, the departure tax is 30,000 rups ex Bali and 20,000 ex Lombok.
You can go by boat and google lombok guide for more info but boats in wet season are bumpy. The public ferry takes all day and is a hassle.
You can book the ticket through Perama Tours for flights, easy google to find. This appears to be only way if you are outside of country.
The Jayakarta in Lombok is not in Senggigi but about a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. The hotel is usually full of conference groups from all over Indonesia. The rooms are better maintained than the Jayakarta in Bali but less services in terms of food and drink, it is more suited to business travellers and package tours who spend most of day out and about, come back for a swim and then head off to Senggigi for the evening.
