I was in Lombok in February this year. I took the public ferry from Padang Bai to Lembar in Lombok for Rp 28,000. On the way back I flew with IAT Airlines for Rp 309,000 to Denpasar from Mataram.
If you are travelling Five Star, you can make a booking with the Sheraton Hotel at Senggigi. They have their own departure lounge at Mataram Airport. They will also meet you and drive you to the hotel from Mataram.
My itinerary was 2 N Senggigi, 3 N Gili Trawangan, 4 N Kuta Lombok and 1 N Mataram.
