The donation of aid should never be conditional but based entirely on need. The profits from that so called huge money spinner you are talking about does not trickle down to say, for example, the Aceh tsunami victims. To quibble over a $10-$25 visa cost for a total lkuxury item like an O/S holiday against the money contributed in aid is selfish and ignorant.
