Those are not typical prices that locals pay to rent. When you consider many locals live on an income of 1 million per month, it is not possible to pay 10 million for rent. And 25 million is definately more an expat style house.
A small one bedroom home, with small kitchen, and a share mandi, in Denpasar, is around 350,000 to 400,000 per month. This is typical accommodation for a young couple with a baby. They all sleep in the same bed usually.
