for a single room, adjoining kitchenette and their own mandi. Very cramped for two adults and two children. They have now moved into a place with an extra room. I havent been there yet but I thnk they are paying 6 million per year now.
I paid 7.5 million for a house in a BTN in Nusa Dua. This was rented for me by my sister in law and was a local price. It had two bedrooms kitchen, bathroom and a large living room.
