We can rent a house for 1 million in Kintamani area, which we have and use as a childcare centre, you can get a 3 bedroom for that price in that area but you need to pay a minimum of 5 years in advance, but that's only 5 million. A lot of the 'local's pay interest if they cannot pay the whole amount in advance.
