Stayed at both not sure about "kids clubs" as I'm a big kid and only need a bar! Breakfast is on a par however the Jayakarta seems to have more of a line up than MBR, I guess it depends on timing. Location is good for both it suits me but each to his own. It's hard to advise if a location is suitable as everyone has different needs/requirements.
