i have used them heaps and have no problems with them what so ever, except for 3 weeks ago, i booked through asia rooms which all went fine, when i arrived in Bali the hotel room was shocking i had no joy from the hotel and the following day got in contact with the asia room branch in Bali, to be honest they were very dis-interested in what i had to say.
