Thinking of going back to Bali during the school holidays for a fourth time due to cheaper than expected tickets so I might be able to afford to go to Bali but will be on a tight Budget. I am also aware that the A$ has taken a bit of a battering so I don't have as high expectations in where I stay this time. I'm looking at staying in Bali (Around 10th Jan) for around a week. Looking at spending $25-40 per night. I'm a single, and am not a big beach person. Location is important (close to shopping and transport), but bars are not important. Thinking of somewhere between Tuban and Legian (including Kuta). Any reccomendations?? I have stayed at Bakungs Beach Cottages and Bakung Sari, and they were pritty average for the price (have stayed in similar priced locations in Seminyak and Ubud that have been much better)
