Thankyou for the jbr. We'll be back in Ubud this Friday for 4 days and reading about it has increased my excitement even more.
Have been meaning to get to Mozaic, but never do, so determined to go this time. However, so about the tasting menu as I don't like seafood (and reviews I have read often praise the seafood dishes)wondered whether it's possible to order a la carte, or to have some control over what comes in the tasting menu. Also, do you know what the dress code is? My husband gets a bit overheated in Bali, especially in the wet season, so would probably faint if he had to wear long trousers. Thanks!
