The atmosphere in ubud is different to kuta , its more sedate and "arty" the markets are nice the shops are also lovely.. many people go there for spa.. spiritual.. that sort of thing but there is a wonderful monkey forrest... which the younger girls may like and the restutants are very nice... a good day could possibly be get to ubud... look around shops market etc.. go to monkey forrest.. then a lovely lunch then maybe a 1/2 day spa treament some where special.. oh that sounds like a good day out... if you need any help etc... e mail me at ketutajus@ymail.com ..
