Just found out that Virgin do NOT have approval to fly FROM Denpasar. Their recommendation to me was that I book TO Denpasar with them and another airine home!!
As flights are due to commence soon I asked them what would happen to those already booked and paid and they said they would refund them if approval didn't come through by then.
Apparently still negotiating with authorities and no idea when it will be finalised, to ring back next month and see how it's going.
As I have school hols booked and no hope of getting comparable fares now NOT HAPPY. Just hope things hurry up, but we know what happened with V to LA don't we?
