is why the person you spoke with sounded 'foreign'. We have friends booked to fly to Bali in May and when we looked into booking we contacted the call centre due to our concern regarding 'subject to regulatory approval' which appears on the website.

Our clear understanding from disucssions with Virgin is that there is no problem with return tickets sold ex- Australia. At present they do not have the approval to sell tickets ex-Denpasar. If you are on their website and select flight from you will see that Denpasar is not listed.

Also, their call centres are open 24 hours a day so you can phone anytime. Let's hope eh that they have it right.
