I contacted call center because trying to book round trip with stopovers all with Virgin. Told it can't be done because no permission to fly from Denpasar.
I understood that but then when querying my July booking they said, "we would hope to have approval before then but if not you would get refund"! They also said to call back next month and see if they had permission.
I then asked what would happen to all the people booked for next month and she said that if they didn't get approval they would get refund also.
Let's hope I was just speaking to someone not quite sure of the rules.
Actually been trying to arrange a few things today with banking etc and when I heard an Aussie acccent whilst on the phone to Citibank I could have cried with relief!!
