The 3 & 5 year would be able to share the sofa bed (size of a standard double when opened out). Patra will also place a single rollaway bed alongside the sofa. These beds are in the main living area opposite the T.V Cabinet, so kids can watch their favourite show in the mornings without disturbing you. These is also a bedroom that is separated by a roll-a-door and adjoining that are the main storage wardrobes along with the bathroom facilities. It's all well set out. We were there in June with a 10, 8 and almost 2 year old. Don't hesitate to ask should you have any more questions. Cheers. Lisa
