I haven't been to the new bit. The original villas aren't too old and well maintained and clean. They do have a small fridge and AC but no TV. The bed is a mattress on a concrete slab. The villas have a nice restaurant, pool right on beach and not too many hawkers. The villas are about a 5 minute or so taxi ride from the Senggigi strip where there are more restaurants, mini marts, ATMs and internet.
You can book a ticket to Lombok in Bali from any agent or go to airline counter at domestic airport. Cost should be around 300-350,000IDR on way. It is difficult to book a ticket outside of the country. Alternatively, Qunci is the type of hotel where if you ring them they may book your ticket for you to be picked up at airport...they would certainly be able to book the return.
