Agree with Janoo Qunci is quite nice, the rooms are very 'zen', and it is a nice location on Mangsit beach looking across to Bali with terrific sunsets. This is not a family hotel as such, Qunci is a couples type hotel, and is popular with gay travellers - certainly not anything yuk going on, just same sex couples enjoying their holiday.
Currently the cost of flights is up around the Rp415,000 to Rp 450,000 mark it being very busy (school holidays in some places and Ramadan locally).
If you want to travel through to Lombok immediately you can get someone like Perama to arrange the booking for you - I've pasted their link below (if for some reason Qunci can't) I had a quote for one way on 19/9 for Rp 512,000. They responded very quickly to my enquiry. We ended up getting a friend to book for us on the same flight for Rp 412,000. Still - the Rp100,000 difference would not have been too onerous if it was our only choice, and would have been less expensive than overnighting in Bali as flights were full.
