i was not making accusations, and i was not aware of your connection to the hotel. i was merely stating what happens if the reservation was done by rates to go.
perhaps the voucher IS a fake?
and, yes, i agree with you when you say it is important for guests to confirm their reservations, especially at this busy time of the year.
