what you need for VOA, leave the rest in Aussies and change it into rupiah there, you will get a better rate. I have been waiting on $USD to arrive at the bank, and ironically they arrived today. lowest rate in 2 weeks of course. Over a small amount, the difference is very little. You will not get any benefit changing into USD here and then into rupiah over there.
