i knwo the P.O does not charge at all for exchangin money. And I have been thinkign the same thing as well. I know last time was at P.o lower than the rate that was floating around few weeks back, However had i changed cash then would prob stil be in front now that it has fallen. i am going in october too so am seriously thinkign about it and watchign what is going on regarding the exchange rate.
