I purchased my voa in $US, a few weeks ago and yes the rate was lower than the rate for that day, but I guess it cancells out the commission factor, but having said that, I did get at a higher rate than what is current today and I will use the leftover in bali, maybe even use it to do vip voa in 37 days.
