Despite what Garuda might tell you luggage is NOT through booked. You have to collect it all in Melbourne and cart it to the Garuda check-in desk. On the return you go through Customs in Melbourne and then have to check in all your luggage again at the Virgin desk.
I got a price for Mrs DennisC for CD photo to canvas printing in Bali but have lost the paper. From memory it was a bit over Rp400,000 for 90x60.
Haaaa! I've just found it - Rp420,000.
