We also stayed there, arrived on 11th till 25th had our room 114 as requested on arrival. Have stayed there before and never had a problem, and will go back again. Yes the location is great, as are the staff. Any problems, ask for nyoman in reception she just about runs the place and if anyone can sort it out, she will. Hope no one else has trouble as its rare their. Dont punish the staff for management problems, if no customers, no jobs. The yellow band is great too...
