Point taken, we always stay at 2 or 3 star accom so we can afford our hols. It doesnt matter where you go, if there is a stuff up with what you pay for it sh...s you off, even in a 5 star. but it happens I hope you all have a grreat time, cant wait to go back, and to gvc again, so many stories about staff would take me pages of laughs...cheers
