Money and costs

Hello

We are heading to Bali next month and were wondering about how much money do 2 people need for meals and shopping?? How expensive is the average meal? Also is it wise to change money in Aus or wait till we get there, and do normal bankcards work in ATM's and how much can you get out??

Would appreciate any info, as really have no idea. Thanks
