That way you're not at the mercy of other travellers. You'll be in a taxi and on your way, whilst the organized transfer people are trying to locate all their clients that they need to transport. Price wise probably around 40,000rp to BGH give or take a few rupiah.
It's a fixed price fare and non negotiable. Turn right when exiting the airport, and the Taxi window is about 30metres away. Just tell them where you want to go. Cheers Tinggading .
