I like the look & the reports of this place & I think I want to stay there.
Hubby is in Indonesia for 2 months surfing & he is most kindly (!!) taking some time from his hectic surfing schedule to meet me in Bali on May 31 for a week. When I arrive we're spending 2 nights at Pacung Indah, 2 nights at Ubud & 2 nights at Sanur at bloodyron's place.
Then back to Kuta & I'll be on my own for 5 days or so after he heads off to yet another remote surf break. Because he's away from work for so long I can't splurge & Masa seems just fine generally.
I don't mind being alone as I happily shop (& eat) til I drop. But feeling safe in a hotel concerns me. Would I feel safe alone at Masa? Which rooms would you recommend so I wouldn't be too far away from things but have privacy. I don't want to be in a room where lots of people walk past & see I'm alone yet I don't want to be in a dim dark corner.
This may seem a bit silly but last trip when I was alone someone I was polite to at brekky turned into a pain - luckily I was leaving that night. I never say I'm alone - but in a Hotel it's obvious - & I will never again be polite to any male at brekky!! LOL
