releasing turtle at kuta beach

I have read somewhere kids can release baby turtle at the beach. Can someone please enlighten me on this. I will be going to bali 1st week of Jun with 2 kids. Please let me know the exact location and how does it cost. My kids would love to do this. Thanks in advance
