It depends on when they are hatching. I have done it every year - no cost - and it's located between the inner hotel and the lifeguard tower. if you know the area its just to the right of where the locals put their surfboards away each night. Just ask around if you are confused the locals all know when they have or are hatching. i normally go April and/or July and there have always been turtles.
