If you stand in front of and looking at the Inna Kuta Hotel from Kuta beach just to the left of the Mentari Grill restaurant is the area where they keep the eggs until hatched. When they release them is dependent on when they hatch and tides but it is usually around 5pm and best of all it is free. Just go down around the area in the late afternoon and ask if they are releasing that day.
