We have heard alot of great reports about the Anika cookery courses so my wife wants do do one while we are there later this month. I have emailed an enquiry to them about getting a booking for her and got no reply. Went to their website and used their own registration and still have had no response. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Or will the next thing we hear from them be on the elected day when they are knocking on the hotel door for her, ready to go?
