I booked with them using online registration two weeks ago for July, they got back to me within a day or so with confirmation. When did you register, was it over the weekend? Maybe they work Mon - Fri. Also when they confirmed with me, they didn't give me the "online" price, so I emailed them back querying it and they confirmed they had made an error. The replies were within a couple of hours of me emailing them.
