when I booked through New Horizons. I booked part of my trip through them as I wanted this cooking class. I got a voucher with my other paperwork. I then rang the number on the voucher to make a booking a few days before the date I wanted. I did the afternoon class, just the 2 of us and it was great. Cheers, Stormy
